GreatSMMPanel is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, or any other social media platform. We are not responsible for any account suspension, content removal, shadow bans, or loss of followers, likes, or views caused by actions taken by social media platforms.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery time mentioned on the website is only an estimated timeframe and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to social media platform updates, server issues, or high order volume. Orders that are in processing status will not be refunded under any circumstances. We reserve the right to modify service methods if required to complete an order successfully.

5. Refill & Drop Policy

Refill is applicable only if it is clearly mentioned in the service description at the time of purchase. Drop rates may change at any time due to updates or algorithm changes made by social media platforms. GreatSMMPanel is not responsible for follower, like, or view drops caused by such changes.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made to GreatSMMPanel are final and non-refundable to the original payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. In case an order is non-deliverable, a refund may be issued only as account credit. Orders placed with wrong links, private accounts, or incorrect details are not eligible for any refund.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, cancel all future orders, and remove any delivered services where possible.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not use GreatSMMPanel services for content that includes nudity, adult material, illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or any content that violates the terms and policies of any social media platform.

9. Fraud & Abuse

Any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, will result in immediate and permanent termination of the user account without any refund or prior notice.

10. Multiple Server Usage

Using multiple SMM panels or servers simultaneously for the same social media account may result in incorrect delivery counts. GreatSMMPanel will not be responsible for such issues, and no refunds will be provided for these orders.
